• Wrapped up our Vintage Jesus Series (incredible 3 weeks in Col. 1:15-29) talking about how God works in our lives!
• Packed house both services in Compass and solid crowds both services in True North!  Unreal!!

• The opener “Wake up o sleeper” was a homerun and a super fun way to get the morning going!!! Our team knocks it out every week!
• At 9am – we determined the “grass-valley” was out.  The grass valley is what runs the signal between Compass & True North of the message, so the message can be stored in the DVR on a delay and then shown to the crowd there.  Chris Boggess got the message to go over at 9am and spoke both hours live in True North and nailed it!  Everyone I spoke to super job!!!  Way to go Chris….a man of so many talents!
• We had 80 couples away on the marriage retreat…..CA and the team there said they had an amazing weekend!!  Scary thing is – I don’t know what we would have done with those 160 people in the services yesterday…we were out of seats!
• The Liberty University baseball team was in town this weekend playing Kennesaw State in a 3 game series…..the coaches and team were able to come to our 9:30am service and it was great to have them!  Brought back so many memories of all the road-trips we took in college while traveling for our spring season!  I was honored to have these outstanding young men & their coaches with us!
• Sat in the bleachers at the game with my son, former roommate & his son…..hard to believe 20+ years have passed since he & I were out on the field together!  We are now in the bleachers with our sons….crazy!!!
• On another note – LU swept the 3 game series from a very tough KSU team!
• We spent all day Saturday working on the field & around the park at Allatoona getting things ready for the spring baseball season….can’t wait!!!  Things look so much better up there!
• Heading out this morning to go to the special needs dance at Kennesaw Mtn High – love this time watching these kids have the time of their lives!!  It is always an honor for NStar to partner with this great event!
• Begin today studying for our “Suburban Legends” series that starts this coming weekend!
